EJ engines are often considered to have weak main bearings that leads them to oil pressure problems and both main and rod bearing failure. The truth is that bearings themselves are as good as any other engine manufacturers would have. If you own a Subaru EJ block, there is almost a 100% chance that the main bearing bore alignment of your block is out of line. To correct the main bearing housing alignment and roundness we offer vertical CNC line boring service. There are few steps involved to do this – Removing 0,04-0,08mm of material from each case halves [1], bolting case halves together [2], loading the case in CNC, and leveling it out to 5 microns top to bottom against the CNC spindle axis [4], line boring within a precision of 5microns (targeted to minimal recommended bore size for best bearing crush) [5].

Before needed services we agree on all the prices and services need to be done. The invoice is sent after all the work is completed and before the engines are being shipped. Once a payment is recieved, we ship the cases.
