Description
HCR 14mm Head Studs will provide higher engine reliability, and will be a great solution for racers who are reaching more than 500hp+. We have improved the design of the threads and tested it, to make sure that we can provide the best solution for clamping the cylinder heads onto the block assembly to reduce the risk of having a head lift under a higher boost. – 1 ARP Ultra-Torque assembly lube and fitting install instruction
Before using our HCR 14mm Head Stud Set your engine block must be machined to accept the larger stud. Also, machining to the cylinder heads is required. The original head bolt passages must be drilled out to a larger diameter in order to fit let 14mm studs. We can provide all these services. Please contact us to discuss your exact requirements.
