Closed Decking services for Volvo T5 (such as B5234T and similar) engines will eliminate the common problem of these Volvo blocks – cylinder liner cracking in the gap between cylinders. Closed Deck will provide support for the cylinder outer and the precise steel shim (little metal plates cut in exact gap form) will fill the gap ensuring that there is no more cylinder flex in this part of the cylinder wall.
It’s a process where the top plane of the engine case (the head plane of the case) is machined so it can accept CNC machined inserts. Read more about this process in our Projects.
We can arrange pickup and re-delivery of your engine case after all chosen engineering processes the engine case will be ready for you to start the assembly process or you can trust it to our professional engine builder.
Payment
Before needed services we agree on all the prices and services need to be done. The invoice is sent after all the work is completed and before the engines are being shipped. Once a payment is recieved, we ship the cases.
Shipping
Currently, we are offering shipping cases all over Europe and we use courier delivery services from door to door.
